Rajiv is currently a Senior Partner with Marco Partners in Saudi Arabia, having joined from HSBC group where he worked for nearly two decades in the Middle East region. At HSBC, Rajiv served variously as CEO of HSBC Saudi Arabia, Senior MD & Advisor to the Regional CEO, Head of Debt Capital Markets for MENA, among other roles. Prior to HSBC, Rajiv worked in Citibank in Asia Pacific, and Tata group in India.

Rajiv also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Saudi Depositary Center (Edaa), a subsidiary of Saudi Tadawul Group, and as an Independent Director on the Board of Saudi Real Estate & Refinancing Company (SRC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Public Investment Fund. He is also an Executive Committee member in the Saudi Indian Business Network.
