Bill spent 35 years at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where he rose from entry-level roles to CEO (2004-2010) and Executive Chair (2006-2013). He oversaw transformative growth: doubling revenues (from $13.7bn to $21.6bn), headcount (to over 210,000), and overseeing its separation from Andersen and IPO in 2001.

Since retiring from Accenture, he has become an influential board leader, chairing and advising firms across tech and finance. As Independent Director at Dell, he supports strategy, digital governance, and capital markets alignment.
