Wendy’s executive career spans global consumer brands, tech and retail sectors. She was CEO of Jack Wills Ltd (2013-2015), having initially joined as its Chief Operating Officer. She was also Chair of Logitech International S.A. from 2019 until 2025. Earlier, she was Group Chief Marketing Officer at Vodafone Group plc (2009-2011), and Managing Director of TalkTalk Telecom (2008-2009), having built her early career as a Partner at McKinsey & Company across London and San Francisco. She began her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.

Beyond commercial leadership, Wendy is a recognised figure in public and non‑profit governance. She was Chair of the British Heart Foundation’s Board of Trustees (2022-2023), served as Deputy Chair of Cancer Research UK (2015-2018), and was a Non-Executive Director of NHS England (2016-2019).

Her contributions extend to culture and education—she sits on the Council of the Oxford University and was previously on the board of the Oxford University Press, a trustee of the English National Ballet and a member of The King’s Trust council.
