Sabrina Soussan
Overview
Sabrina Soussan is a globally respected industrial leader with a distinguished CEO and board career spanning industrials, mobility, infrastructure, and services sectors in complex, regulated environments. She is currently Chair of Continental AG, sits on the Shareholders’ Committee of Henkel AG, is on the Board of Directors of Stadler AG, on the Board of Trustees for the St Gallen University Symposium, and on the board of directors of Stadler Rail AG.
Until February 2025, Sabrina was CEO and Chair of Suez, leading the global water and waste services group in serving municipalities and industrial clients across international markets. Prior to this, she was CEO of Dormakaba, a Swiss-listed global leader in security and access solutions, where she drove strategic growth in highly regulated, safety-critical environments.
Her earlier executive career was defined by over two decades at Siemens, where she held multiple senior leadership roles. From 2017 to 2020, she served as CEO of Siemens Mobility, a leading provider of rolling-stock and transportation solutions, spearheading major mobility and digitalisation initiatives. She joined Siemens Mobility in 2013 after holding leadership positions at Siemens Building Technologies in Switzerland and managing responsibilities in Siemens’ Automotive Division in Germany. Sabrina began her career in the automotive industry with Renault in France.
Alongside her executive track record, she has held significant non-executive roles, including as a member of the Board of Directors of Boeing, where she was the first and only European appointee, and as a director at ITT Inc. (2018–2023).

Sabrina holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from E.N.S.M.A (Poitiers, France) and an MBA from I.A.E Poitiers and University of Dublin, Ireland. In 2022, she was appointed Knight of the French National Order of Merit.
