Over a distinguished career with Rolls-Royce, Will held a series of global leadership roles across multiple sectors, including Engineering Director, Programme Director and International Business Development Director. His three-year tenure in Tokyo saw him lead Rolls-Royce’s Asia Pacific Marine business, where he mastered cross-cultural leadership and delivered significant regional growth. He later joined Babcock International and became CEO of the Global Marine Sector, a £1.5bn enterprise with around 7,000 employees, successfully navigating operational complexity, stakeholder pressures and geopolitical sensitivities while driving both performance and growth.
