Abdulmohsin has held senior talent and human capital roles within leading Saudi and multinational organisations, including Olayan Saudi Holding, Panda Retail, Nahdi Medical Co., Bupa Arabia and Cool Inc. Hospitality. Most recently he established and led the talent acquisition function for a Public Investment Fund–owned master developer delivering large-scale mixed-use development, and before that was Vice President, Business Growth at Fisheye Executive Search. His background spans executive search, business growth and advisory work with C-suite stakeholders across real estate, hospitality, healthcare, retail and energy.

An entrepreneur as well as a practitioner, Abdulmohsin is a co-founder in AI-enabled HR technology and serves as a startup advisor to multiple early-stage ventures on people strategy, organisational design and growth. He is a certified behavioural assessor and competency-based interviewing practitioner, holds the SHRM Human Resource Business Professional (HRBP) designation, and is accredited across the SHL suite in talent measurement, assessor training, and assessment and development centre design.

Abdulmohsin holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University and is a committed advocate of building regional leadership capability in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
