Overview

Bertrand Richard is a Senior Adviser covering the French Market. As a French citizen he started his professional life in Investment Banking at Crédit Lyonnais in the US and then Bank of America.

He then moved to Executive search successively at Vuchot Ward Howell and then Korn Ferry International where he headed the Paris Office. From 2006 to 2022 he had been co-head of the European Board and CEO practice of Spencer Stuart. He then set up his own consulting firm, MyBoarEval dedicated to board assessments. Bertrand is graduate of ESSEC and has a postgraduate in Economics from Paris Sorbonne university. He is commander in the French Navy and knight pin the Legion d’honneur order.
