Overview
David Hawes has responsibility for the Group’s financial strategy, and financial management. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, he helps to shape the Group’s strategic direction, driving commercial performance and supporting sustainable, profitable growth. David brings over 25 years of experience in senior finance and commercial leadership roles, with a strong track record of strategic financial management, business transformation and partnering with executive teams to deliver business objectives.
Prior to joining Global Mentors Group, David held a number of senior leadership positions at HSBC, including Chief Financial Officer for Global Banking Products and Head of Finance for WCOO. Earlier in his career, he spent over eight years at Lehman Brothers in senior finance roles. David is a CIMA-qualified accountant and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Leeds.
