Overview
Eman Serafi is the CEO of Global Mentors Group Middle East, bringing over 18 years of senior leadership experience across human capital strategy, corporate affairs, and board governance. She has held C-suite and board-level roles within leading Saudi and multinational organisations, playing a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation, strengthening culture, and aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.
A highly accomplished Human Resources leader, Eman has a proven track record of leading complex human capital agendas and enabling sustainable growth through effective leadership and governance. She was previously Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at TAM and before that CHRO at Cool Inc. Earlier in her career, she assumed senior leadership positions at My Clinic and Bupa Arabia, where she developed deep expertise across HR and broader business functions.
Eman sits on the Board of CGS, where she Chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), and is a member of the Saudi Leadership Society, reflecting her active involvement in leadership development and national talent initiatives.
Eman is a graduate of the MISK 2030 Leadership Executive Programme and is widely recognised for building high-performing teams and fostering impactful leadership aligned with Vision 2030 priorities.
