Overview

Emily O’Shea is a Partner at Global Mentors Group and works with clients in the UK and US.

She joined Global Mentors Group in 2024 to contribute to the ongoing growth of the Group. She previously spent 18 years in executive search with both a boutique specialist and a global recruitment firm. She specialised in board level appointments, predominantly Chair and CEO for FTSE listed companies across a range of industries.

She works closely with clients to understand the business context and the individual’s needs, in order to best support ongoing leadership development.

Emily is a graduate of Oxford University with a degree in Psychology and Philosophy.
