Overview
Lucie Pigny is a Client Director with Global Mentors Group, supporting the development of the group’s activities in France and contributing to the growth of its executive mentoring work with CEOs and board members.
She has over ten years’ experience advising senior leaders and executive teams on recruitment and leadership matters. Her background spans both in-house and international executive search firms. She previously worked at KPMG and spent six years at Korn Ferry, before joining Chaberton Partners as Principal, where she played a key role in developing the firm’s activities in France.
Lucie works closely with clients to understand their business context and leadership challenges, ensuring a thoughtful and tailored approach to supporting senior executives.
She holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Sorbonne University.
