Overview
Phillippa is Client Director at Global Mentors Group. In this role, Phillippa works with clients to ensure the strategic alignment and impact of leadership development to their business context and oversees the delivery and impact of Executive Mentoring programmes.
Phillippa has spent c.20 years working within professional services in the Executive Development and Leadership space. She has a wealth of expertise, working as a trusted partner to senior executives to support them to use innovative solutions to leadership development to achieve their strategic business objectives.
Prior to joining Global Mentors Group, Phillippa spent 5 years at Criticaleye, a community of C-Suite leaders, managing the relationship with executive level individuals across a diverse portfolio of functions, sectors and business sizes. In this role she chaired panel discussions and strategy sessions for Executive Leadership Teams. She spent much of her earlier career working within Leadership Services business for Penna the HR Consultancy (now owned by Adecco).
Phillippa has a BA (Hons) from the University of Southampton and an Executive Coaching qualification from Bristol UWE.
