Overview
Rick Fulghum possesses over 30 years of experience in executive search at the highest echelons within Germany and Austria. He specialises in advising boards on C-level succession and recruitment across all sectors.
Over the past decades, he has cultivated profound relationships with Chairs and Chief Executives, meticulously following candidates’ careers and providing counsel on pivotal career decisions. Rick is regarded as a trusted adviser to board members and senior executives alike.
In 2012, Rick established his own firm following his tenure as Managing Partner at Rickert & Fulghum, formerly Rickert & Co., where he served as Managing Director and Partner since 1999. His distinguished career in executive search began at Interconsilium in 1991.
Rick holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich.
Rick joined Global Mentors Group in November 2024 and is based in Munich, where he is responsible for the German market.
