Overview
Sara Parker is Group Managing Director of Global Mentors Group and responsible for clients in the UK and Americas.
She joined CMi in 2016, first as a partner for the UK then from 2024 as CEO. She also held a number of roles across Global Mentors Group, including Director of the Board Advisory Partnership, before becoming Group Managing Director in April 2026.
She has spent 20 years working at the top level of business in the UK with extensive links to the City of London and internationally.
Prior to joining Global Mentors Group, she spent 10 years at the Confederation of British Industry, where she held several leadership roles including London Director.
Sara is passionate about business leadership and its influence on the success and societal impact of companies. Alongside her work with Global Mentors Group she is also a Senior Adviser to BoardClic, a leading digital platform for Board performance reviews.
Sara is a history graduate of the University of Cambridge and holds an Advanced Economics diploma from Birkbeck College, University of London.
